Matlab/DAP software for iridium oxidation (for MIT group)

Installation:

1. Download zip file and unpack it in an appropriate directory, e.g. C:\MATLABR11\AIRO. You may need the WinZip or similar program, available for free at download.cnet.com.
2. Add the AIRO directory to the MATLAB path in the MATLAB startup.m file.
3. Check to see that the fs variable in AIROmkovec.m, corresponding to the DAP analog output full-scale voltage, is set appropriately.
4. Fix the dap script path names in dapcnfig calls in AIROcyc.m, AIROcyc2.m, and AIROcyc3.m
5. Happy oxidizing!
